January, February

Sunday – Wednesday – No hire fee. Minimum spend £500.

Thursday – £150 hire fee. Minimum spend £1000.

Friday & Saturday Evening (7pm- close)- £250 hire fee. Minimum spend £1500.

Friday & Saturday Afternoon (1pm – 6.30pm) – £100 hire fee. Minimum spend £750.

March, April & October

Sunday – Wednesday – No hire fee. Minimum spend £500.

Tuesday & Wednesday – £150 hire fee. Minimum spend £650.

We have access to a range of different catering options from streetfood traders who set up and cook in our courtyard. We can also provide platters which are prepared at The Deli – Oxted. Prices vary according to selected supplier so please ask us for more information.

We are also able to source musicians for your event and have a licence that permits live music. Again, prices vary according to individual musicians/bands. We are happy for our clients to source their own entertainment, however we do encourage all music to be acoustic in order to manage the volume levels to respect our neighbours.

Catering Options

In addition to the private hire of the venue we can offer catering options to suit your needs.

Our partners at The deli Oxted can supply (£15 per head) a selection of sharing platters which can include:

Mezze Platters – (stuffed vine leaves, falafel, hummus, olives, flatbread)

Cheese & charcuterie Platters – (salami, prosciutto, chorizo, cheddar, camembert, grapes, crackers, red onion chutney)

Antipasti selection plus fresh bread & garnish

For an additional £3.50/head, a Sweet platter of brownies, flapjacks, fresh fruit can be supplied.

Alternatively we have access through our event work to various street food traders who can prepare various dishes (BBQ, Souvlaki, Mexican etc) for circa £15-£18 per head.

You are more than welcome to supply your own cake and decorate the venue as you wish as long as cakes and decorations are fully removed at the end of the event.
