Bookings at Oxted

The vast majority of our tables at The Ginistry are now available to walk-up customers. This means that you don’t have to book to come and join us for a drink in the Bar or Garden.

We do accept reservations for the two booths (Tables of 4) in our Gin Garden plus the larger tables inside the Main Bar (Tables of 5/6). If either of these options are of interest then please proceed to complete the reservation form below. A deposit payment will be required to fully confirm your booking so please follow the links to do so.

We accept bookings of 2-6 people, if your booking is for 7+ people please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Bookings at Epsom

The vast majority of our tables at The Ginistry Epsom are available to walk-up customers. This means that you don’t have to book to come and join us for a drink in the Bar or at our tables outside on The Oaks Square.

We do accept reservations for the larger booth-style tables larger tables inside the Main Bar (Tables of 5/6). If either of these is of interest please proceed to complete the reservation form below. No deposits are required at our Epsom venue just book online and turn up!

We only accept bookings of 5/6 people as minimum however if your booking is for 7+ people please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Gin Garden at Oxted

Our pretty courtyard style garden has a full awning which provides protection against moderate rainfall and any hot sunshine (if it ever arrives!). We have overhead heaters to warm you up but please dress warmly as it can still be chilly during evenings. We will do everything in our power to make your visit as comfortable as possible!

Deposit Information

All bookings at The Ginistry are subject to a £5 per person booking deposit. The deposit will be added as credit to your table when you attend (effectively reducing your drinks bill by £5 per person when you come in.

The full deposit will be returned if you notify us of a cancellation up to 48 hrs before your booking. The deposit will not be returned if the cancellation is made within 48 hrs of the booking date or if you just choose not to attend.

​We will also retain part of the deposit (£5 per non attendee) if a booking is made but less than the booked party size attend unless you inform us 48 hours before the date and time of the booking.

Each booking is a 90 minute slot and should you want to stay longer please add an additional booking
